I've made this a couple times now. You can use frozen corn or canned for the whole kernels.
Fresh would probably work fine too.
Super easy, people.
Open everything and mix it in one big bowl.
Pour into dish and smooth the top.
I've done this in a regular casserole dish and a pie dish.
Bake and serve! The top will be just a little crunchy.
Overall it's fairly bread-ish. Kind of like corn bread but a little more moist.
Add a little pepper and done!
I've actually really liked this and have made it a few times now.
It's a nice side dish or just a little bowl of corny yum now and again.
