[meme-age] New Pretties & My Thoughts On Blogging

I wanted to meme. And only had one weekly post to do it. So there's a whole lotta memeage happening in this post. You might have to scroll down a bit to get the one you're looking for. 😸

It's been a pretty good week! I felt good, got a lot done, made some delicious food and got in a little reading.

PLUS! I visited blogs! I made it around to like 40 of yall. It was awesome! And got some blog posts formatted. Half of my emails dealt with. I still have a lot of catching up to do but knocked out a lot of it this week. Yay!

For Review

I picked up 2 e-books for review.
And I've already finished and reviewed both! Yay me!

Barreled Over by Jenna Sutton
Enchanted by the Highlander by Lecia Cornwall

Purchased

The Night of the Moths-- This was my Nov Kindle Freebie-- We'll see.
Served Cold-- free pre-order
Keep Me, Cowboy-- free. I love her books, plus cowboys and cute cover!
The Dark Ones-- I enjoy her books, freebie
Mistress of the Wind-- I think someone I know liked this one. It was free
Dirty Little Tease-- was a freebie

Won/Gifted

Save a Truck Ride a Redneck-- I won this from Debbie over at The Reading Frenzy <3 Harper's a favorite of mine :)

Read this Week

I'm still reading a bit slow but mainly because other things are keeping me busy. I enjoyed both of these this week.

Currently Reading

The Bachelor Contract-- I'm enjoying it. About halfway through. The heroine is legally blind which is interesting.

This Week's Planner

Working on week two of my spread. I'm still rather smitten with it.

Question: What is your favorite part of blogging? Least favorite part?

A:
Favorite thing: People to visit with that love talking about food and books and herd babies. I've made a number of very good friends because of the blog so that's definitely my favorite part.

Least favorite: Feeling used by authors. It's one of those fine lines. It sucks when someone acts friendly as long as you're constantly pimping their books and then drops you the second you can't promo something. Or if you don't love a book.
