[Memes] Oooo Favorite Re-Reads?! And New Reads?!! Yas!!!!!

I wanted to meme. And only had one weekly post to do it. So there's a whole lotta memeage happening in this post. You might have to scroll down a bit to get the one you're looking for. 😸

Yall! It was an amazing week. Big news here. I started working at the food pantry. I'd put in for a volunteer spot and heard back and went in Wednesday for my first go through with it and I loved it. We had 3 regular clients come in and 4 emergency clients (that means they're in the process of applying for full benefits) come through. Everyone was friendly and had a great time. So that'll be my Wednesday afternoons from here out.

Other than that my reading binge continued. I did some work around the house and made a ton of yummy food. So a good week, yall.

For Review
I only picked up one new one for review. The Rancher by Anna Schmidt. I've already finished it (it was great) and got a rough draft review finished.

Purchased

Just a couple freebies on kindle and audio.

Read This Week
I'm still in my reading binge and it's been awesome. I'm just knocking books out and 10 ahead on my Goodreads challenge. It has been bothering my eyes a bit the last couple days (damn!) since I'm pushing more than I should so I'm trying to stay offline a bit more to make up for it.

They were all pretty dang good though The Rancher (gritty western romance) and Jonquils for Jax (near blind gardener) were my favorites.

Currently Reading
I'm about 1/4th of the way through Emergency Engagement and it's a hoot so far. He maybe surprises her while painting and she maybe clocks him with the paint can and then yellow hand print land in unfortunate places as they try to get up and then...parents arrive for Thanksgiving dinner and somehow these two strangers wind up "engaged" before they can even get him to the hospital to get his head checked out. lol

Top Ten: Books I Could Re-read Forever

Erms. Well, I'm not much of a re-reader. Most of my re-reading happens because I read a book...think I've reviewed it...open the file a month later to edit the review aaaaaand find a blank page. So a re-read. lol

Lover Awakened is one of my favorites and the only one I've read 3 times. And managed to never review it once. I don't even know, yall. lol

I could re-read any of the books from Shalvis, Jayne Ann Krentz, Roni Loren and Maisey Yates and be quite content.

Question: Do you read hardcovers with the dust jacket on or off? Why or why not?
A: Off. Always. I have cats. Cats that like to read. So, yeah, no covers or they'd be destroyed in seconds. lol
