• I do love my rebate apps. The Gatorade bars are 1.99 normally. There was a store promotion buy 5 get 5 off. Making them 99cents. And ibotta had a $1/1 rebate. So I was PAID a penny to buy each of them in the end.

• Foodlion has a text promotion you can sign up for. They send maybe 3 texts a month and often they're offers. This time was $2 off any bagged candy.

• Another great ibotta rebate was on the Ragu. It was BOGO in store, I had coupons AND there was a 50cent rebate per jar.

• Sometimes you get lucky and find freebie coupons in your store app. All of the HT brand items were free in store. 
• The Jimmy Dean was on clearance, there were coupons and ibotta rebate making them money makers
• The oranges were on clearance for $1 a bag
• The Clean & Clear were 2.29 in store with a $2/1 ibotta rebate so each mask was only 29cents!

• A huge expense on this trip. I was finishing up my Shop & Earn categories so bought a few items I normally wouldn't but that earned me $11 off of next month's groceries.
• Plus I needed items for some blog posts --the onion, tomatoes and hamburger buns.

• Harris Teeter offers weekend freebies a couple times a month just for being an evic email subscriber. This time it was a cottage cheese and new yogurt. I love the cottage cheese so that was nice.

• With Ibotta the pasta AND the sauce were both money makers. Bags were on 49cent clearance.

End of March Donation! Lots of goodies including some low sugar yogurt. Things were split between the USO and the food pantry. Total cost...money maker. Yep. I was paid to buy all of this.
