A Little Update: 

It's still hot. It's still humid. It's still making me feel stabby! Other than that I'm working on the Support the Troops auction this week-- if you'd like to donate a book click HERE. 

And I'm working on cleaning out our dining room so I can buy a freezer. The dining room is NEVER used so I figure I'll make it do some work for a change.

Question: Do you participate in readathons and/or reading challenges?

Read-a-thons? Nope. I don't binge read so would fail every time. I'm a pretty steady 'read one every day and a half' type girl.

Reading Challenges? Yep! I do the Goodreads challenge every year. Plus I host a few that I join in on. This year I'm doing Pick Your Genre (Historical), Pervy Girl, New to You. Oh and Blogger Shame and Read All the Books. I did join in on one hosted by another blog but bailed after a few months. I'm still doing it on my own just not officially participating or linking up to theirs anymore.

I don't worry overly much on them. If I get them done...awesome. If I don't read as many as I hoped...no big deal. I just like lists and challenges provide another list outlet. lol

Why I'm Waiting: Because it's Jaci Burton! I do love this series and the oh so pet-able covers. This one is one of the previous hero's kids and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing him all grown up. Noms! It's out Sept 12th!
