TBR Pile Knockout is hosted by Ana of Beach Bum Reads and Anna of Herding Cats & Burning Soup to tackle our HUGE and STILL GROWING TBR piles.
The 1st of each month we'll be posting our pick for the month with our goal is to make a rather nice dent in our TBR piles. So, aside from our other lovely reads, we will be making sure ONE book out of our TBR pile will be read :)
Want to join in? Check out the rules:
1. Go to your TBR pile and randomly pick one book off your list any way you want!
2. Come back here every month (or however often you'd like to join in) and link up your "TBR Pile Knockout" post in the linky below! [posts can include anything, cover, if you're excited about the pick, a review, etc]
Don't have a blog? You can still join in! Just link in your Goodreads reviews or add link the Amazon/B&N page for the book and leave your thoughts in a comment on this page :)
I did it!! I did it, I did it, I did it!! I actually got one of my TBR Pile Knockout books read!! Woot!
Kaden knows he's dying, but before he goes, he has one problem he needs to solve - he must ask his oldest friend Seth to take over as his beloved wife's Dom and Master after his death.
Seth has always seen himself as the perpetual screw-up and Kaden as the strong and steady one, so his friend's request rocks his world. Now Seth finds himself immersed in a role he's far from comfortable with: inflicting pain to provide emotional comfort for the woman he's secretly loved for years. Can he deal with his crushing grief and learn the skills he must master in time to become THE RELUCTANT DOM?
Warning: m/f/m menage, anal sex/play/toys, BDSM, bondage, D/s relationship, and the lesser-known "normality" of the world of BDSM.
I freaking LOVED the Reluctant Dom. Unfuckingbelievable. This book yall. I can't believe I've had it sitting on my shelf for over a year. Hands down one of the best books I've ever read. Had me bawling like a damn baby.
Review will be up hopefully later this week but definitely one I'd recommend for anyone who enjoys an amazing story with bdsm mixed in. Really. Just incredible.
THIS MONTHAlright I'm gonna keep working on my missed TBR Pile Knockout books this month before I add any new ones to the mix. So. Her Greek Romance is gonna be my May read. I like the cover and it sounds cute so here's hoping!!
When Greek billionaire Stefano decides to demolish the dilapidated villa inherited from his grandmother, the American co-owner refuses to sell his shares and sends his attorney—and pretty granddaughter—to contest the demolition. To check out the opposition before he faces at the hearing, Stefano meets her incognito and convinces her to take a sunset ride on his yacht. Sparks fly and passion sizzles during a memorable night.
In court, Ashley is in for a nasty surprise about her handsome Greek god and Stefano is about to lose the only woman who’s ever touched his heart. Will Stefano be able to convince Ashley he’s not the enemy anymore?
What about yall? Which books are you trying to knock off your tbr pile?
