The Wedding Favor
Tyrell Brown wanted to get the hell out of Houston and back to his ranch. Instead, he’s stuck on a flight to France for his best friend’s wedding. To top it off, he discovers he’s sharing a seat with Victoria Westin, the blue-eyed, stiletto-heeled lawyer who’s been a thorn in his side for months.
Victoria can’t believe it! How can she be at the same wedding as this long, lean cowboy with a killer smile? So what if they shared a few in-flight cocktails, some serious flirting, and a near-miss at the mile-high club? She still can’t stand the man!
The wedding disaster’s in the rear view, but the sizzle between these two is still red-hot. They tried to be on their best behavior in France, but back in the States all bets are off . . .

Hi Cara! Welcome to herding cats & burning soup! We're so excited to have you joining us today.
Hi Anna! Thanks for including me in Authors for the Holidays. It’s a terrific idea and I’m so happy to be here!Aw thanks! Alright so if you had 23 seconds or less to hook someone what would you tell them about Tyrell and Victoria's story?
Take one funny, laid-back, sexy cowboy and stick him in a wedding party with the uptight, smarty-pants, insecure lawyer he thinks he can’t stand. Have them fake a flirtation for the sake of the bride and groom. Then stand back and watch the fireworks!*nods* yup that's good! So, could you tell us 3 fun behind the scenes facts about The Wedding Favor?
- My husband and I once spent our own romantic weekend in the gorgeous town of Amboise, France, where the wedding in The Wedding Favor takes place. *I've actually been there! Loved it!*
- Tyrell was originally a secondary character in the as-yet-unpublished prequel to The Wedding Favor called The Sinners, which won RWA’s Golden Heart award and stars Ty's best friend, rock star Jack McCabe.
Oooo Cowboy Capital of the World?!! I so might need to make a little visit! The Wedding Favor was a blast to read. What else do you have planned for the series to come?
- Ty's horse, Brescia, is named for the mare I rode when I visited Bandera, Texas – The Cowboy Capital of the World.
In the next novel in the Save the Date series – The Wedding Vow (Fall 2014) – Vicky's best friend Maddie takes on Adam LeCroix, the sexy billionaire art thief she tried – and failed – to convict back when she was a prosecutor.
In the third novel – The Wedding Band (Summer 2015) – Adam's movie-star buddy Dakota Rain comes up against Christina Case, an undercover journalist trying to salvage her faltering career with a behind-the-scenes story on his brother’s celebrity wedding.
The Save the Date series also includes two novellas. The Wedding Date was released in November and features Tyrell's brother Cody as he moves to Boston with his wrong-for-the-weather cowboy boots and tries to finagle a date with realtor Julie Marone for her sister’s Christmas Eve wedding. And The Wedding Gift (Spring 2015), where Julie's cousin Jan Marone, who has an uncanny gift for setting her friends up with the people they end up marrying, can’t seem to find a guy of her own.Oh you so just made me a happy girl! I can't wait to read all of those!! Okay a couple silly ones real quick...
I'm completely wigged out by this Christmas decoration...?
Ooooh those giant inflatable snowmen! They remind me of the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man attacking New York City in Ghostbusters.Fruitcake... scary or awesome?
Gross!!!Wacky patterned socks or just one color?
Stripes, leopard spots, tiger stripes, bring ‘em on!Best "worst" wedding moment you've seen?
My brother’s wife is Turkish, and she hired a belly dancer to drop in on their wedding reception. She was terrific and the crowd quickly formed a clapping circle around her. After entertaining us with her amazing dance moves (while the men stuffed bills into her skimpy costume), she pulled my – very shy – brother out into the circle, put a gold sultan’s turban on his head and shook her booty all over him! The best part is, we have the whole thing on film. The look on his face was priceless! *aahh my friend had one at her wedding too! Was...interesting. lol*Favorite man candy? Pictures are welcome!
Is it wrong to send pics of my husband??? *aws! that's just the cutest answer~*
