Crave (Billionaire Bachelors Club #1) by Monica Murphy

Billionaire Archer Bancroft always gets what he wants—and he’s wanted Ivy Emerson, his best friend’s sister, for far too long. Being forbidden and untouchable only makes her more tempting. When a million-dollar bet with his friends throws down a challenge—last bachelor standing takes all—Archer knows he can win. That is, until one enchanted evening with Ivy takes his heart for a ride.

Ivy knows Archer is nothing but bad news: Infuriating, arrogant…and completely intoxicating. But despite her best efforts, she can’t seem to keep away. When a stolen kiss leads to a night of heated passion, Ivy realizes she’s in trouble and in head over heels.

But in the light of day, everything seems clearer and Archer’s not so sure a one-night stand is all he wants. Concocting a plan to keep Ivy by his side, Archer might just be willing to lose this bet…and win the jackpot instead.

Crave was a quick, sexy romance that kicks off because men...are pretty much stupid and *hangs head* come up with brilliant things like million dollar 'last bachelor standing' bets. The last of the trio to tie the knot wins. Which, of course, Archer thinks he's got because the only woman that interests him is completely off limits--seeing she's his best friend's little sister.

Archer and Ivy have known each other since they were kids and the two of them... well they drive each other completely bat shit crazy and can't go more than 60 seconds without landing smack in the middle of an argument. But wedding festivities and a long secret hidden crush land the two together for the evening and sparks fly. And all that explosive fire simmering between them definitely translates to between the sheets. Whew, yeah!
She doesn't touch me, doesn't so much as move, and I settle my mouth close to her ear. "All I can think about is last night."

"Archer." She sounds like I'm torturing her.

Good. Feeling's mutual.

"Do you think about it? I swear to God, Ivy, all I want to do is drag you into that bedroom right now and fuck you until you can't see straight."
Things get a little complicated though when that one night turns into a working relationship as Ivy helps get his newest business up and running. I really loved these two and seeing them spend time together and grow closer even though it's quite the bumpy ride. They both have pretty similar worries and insecurities and I loved that with the changing POV you really got to see/hear each of their sides.

Crave was just an easy read that I finished in one sitting and even though there were some predictable things I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bickering, the making up, the work relationship and just seeing them straddle that awkward transition from bickering long time 'friends' to lovers was a lot of fun. I would have liked a little more umpf towards the end and definitely would have loved to see the confrontation between Archer and Ivy's brother when everything came to light but overall it was a fun, sexy and satisfying read that has me excited about what's to come in the series.
