Blind Attraction was my first rockstar read and a damn fun time. These guys are funny, snarky, talented, give each other hell--in the best way, and each have a little bit of darkness hounding them. Throw in a fabulous heroine, some sexy times and a love story on top of it and *girly swoon* I'm a goner. Summers has me completely hooked on this group of rockers.

Sparks fly one night as Mitch looks out in the crowd and Alana catches his eye. There's something about her and he just knows he needs to, uh, get to know her. There's some insta-lust going on and after a freak accident, that adds some rather unique elements to the mix, the two end up spending quite a bit of time together while he keeps her safe. And so it all begins...

Michell and Alana were both really interesting characters and fun to get to know. She's had a very sheltered life and I loved getting to watch her be a bit daring and live a little. And he's, well, he's a rockstar with the crazy life that entails. There's an ease between them that I just loved. They felt comfortable and like they'd known each other for way more than just a couple of days. Things heat up quickly and there are some really nice steamy sexy moments and one scene that whew *fans self* was oh my god HOT (and a little bit naughty too).

I really enjoyed Summers' writing style. There were some really nice surprises along the way as these two fall for each other. Things I just didn't see coming and that added a nice element to the storyline. There's also a good bit of humor. I busted out laughing multiple times and had a smile on my face for most of the book. Either because of the guys ribbing each other or Allie getting in a few good licks at the guys for their antics and teasing.
She sucked in a breath, and stepped back. Her eyes were wide as her hand raised to cover her mouth.

"Don't panic."

Her focus shot from the ring to his face.

"I'm not proposing."

She released a heavy sigh and her shoulders relaxed.

"No need to be so relieved, sweetheart," he chuckled.
The dynamic of the band was really great as well. You could see how close they all were. How much they cared and worried about each other. But it's not all perfect and tensions do arise and man alive you could feel it. There were a couple awkward moments between different members of the band that, hell they made me feel uncomfortable. Pretty incredible writing in my opinion.

So yes. I am lusting after a group of rockstars like you wouldn't believe. There was just enough of each of the guys in the band to get me curious and wanting more. Blind Attraction was an amazing start to the series and left me almost giddy for more. The only thing that kept me from reading it in one sitting was having to sleep and eat--and herd a kitty or two. If you like rockstar reads you *need* this one.
