From This Moment On (Sullivan's #2) by Bella Andre

Marcus Sullivan has always been the responsible older brother, stepping in to take care of his seven siblings when their father died. But when the perfectly ordered future he's planned turns out to be a lie, Marcus needs one reckless night to shake free from it all.

Known throughout the world by only one name 'Nico', pop songstress Nicola Harding is seen as the ultimate sex kitten. But it's all a lie. After a terrible betrayal she refuses to let anyone else close enough to find out who she really is; or to hurt her again. Especially the gorgeous stranger at the bar.

One night is all Nicola and Marcus agree to share with each other. But instead, a deeper connection than either of them could have anticipated begins

Oh it would really be so damn easy to hate the Sullivans. They're gorgeous and uber talented and they fall in love with gorgeous and uber talented people. But they are just so blasted likable. And sexy. And complicated. And there's no way not to fall a little bit in love with them. Or, really, a whole lot in love with them.

And fall in love with From this Moment On I did. I loved Marcus and Nicola and their journey. These two are both, well, they're in need of some release after being burned hard by people they love and figure some nekkid sweaty time with a stranger will do. But of course things never turn out as planned. Starting with one of the sweetest and endearing "one night stands" that turned into so much more.

On the outside Marcus and Nicola are so completely different. There's a nice sized age difference, she's a rockstar that's always on the move and he's well rooted at his vineyard. But when you look a little closer you see their utter dedication to what they do, their love for their families and the worries and hurt they try to keep hidden. And really they're both just good people you want to push together.

Marcus...is pretty much sex in a suit. He's got a confidence about him, is successful, a little bit dominant and just a sweet guy. Most of the time. He totally had me doing that girly sigh thing way too many times. And "wild child" Nicola, who's really not so wild was the perfect match for him. She's talented, young and despite her struggles with her public image she keeps her chin held high and is just a caring person which is always impressive to me.

The chemistry between these two sparks right from the start and you can see it a mile away. Which makes for some incredible and oh so damn yummy sexy scenes. There's a nice little bit of edginess his dominant personalty brings into the mix too and I loved that. Though, seriously, I don't know how in the world the heroine was still able to walk after a certain point. Whew!
"I haven't--" She stopped, took a deep breath before admitting, "It's been a while for me."

Ah, that explained why she was so nervous. "Well take it slow," he promised her in a husky voice. "Slow and easy."

"Okay," she said, and the trust in her eyes nearly undid him. "But what if I want fast and hard, too?"

In an instant, the threads of his control snapped as he lifted her into his arms."
I love when my characters are passionate and go about their lives with a fierceness to them and that's something Andre has an incredible talent portraying. From the sweet tender moments to the sexy ones and even the blow ups --because damn when these two have a melt down they have a melt down, no real misunderstandings just honest to God I am pissed the fuck off and you're the reason-- it was all just gloriously impressive and entertaining and perfectly...them.

From This Moment On was a wonderful romance that landed Andre on my auto buy list. No question. She had me falling completely for these two as they got to know each other and helped each other heal from past hurts. They're really impossible to resist. If you love a good romance with a bit of a kick go grab this one.
