Spotlight: Concealed Desire by Eden Summers + giveaway

Alright dearlings. We're doing a little spotlight on Concealed Desire by Ms Eden Summers today. Woot! Congrats on the release Eden. Check out the tasty little excerpt and enter that giveaway down at the bottom. I want to know what your favorite bit of the excerpt is! Or if you've read anything from Eden before :)

A love that breaks all the rules…

Since her first day at work, Beth Graison has been in love with Dean Sutherland—the “Son” in Sutherland & Son. Although he’s an unrepentant player, there’s an unmistakable connection between them, and she knows he feels it too. But she’s not about to risk her career for any man, especially one with an office right down the hall whom she works with every day.

Dean Sutherland doesn’t do love, but he does do women. And he hasn’t felt more than sexual attraction for any woman until Beth. Entirely feminine, smart, and with a natural beauty beyond compare, she makes him think about all kinds of uncomfortable things—like a future and happiness—things he knows from experience are pure fiction.

When his father, the “Sutherland” in Sutherland & Son, propositions Beth to be more than just an employee, Dean can’t keep her at arm’s length any longer. But he doesn’t expect the scorching kiss they share, or the idea that forms when he holds her in his arms. Can he stop his father’s manipulating game by making the first move on Beth? Or will his reputation as a womanizer make him just one more Sutherland she wants to ignore?

(from chapter 3)

Beth shamelessly stared at Dean the entire trip home. She memorized the way taut muscles ticked across his jaw, how his strong, tanned hands gripped the steering wheel, the deep breaths expanding his broad chest, and the major tent action in his pants. His tentage was damn impressive. The elevation alone could shelter a family of five.

She continued to stare, imagining the size, the taste, the texture… She needed to retrieve her mind from the gutter before she started to drool. Oral sex had never been her forte. Right now, though, the desire to take him in her mouth, to lick and suck and savor until he climaxed down the back of her throat made her core clench. She needed to regroup; she wasn’t that drunk.
“What number is it?”
Beth looked up from his crotch and came into immediate eye contact with a frowning, jaw-clenching Dean.
Busted. Her mouth dried as his eyes narrowed, piercing her with disapproval. She glanced away, occupying herself by trying to find her keys in the bottom of her handbag. The hypocritical action hadn’t been lost on her either. At least she felt remorse, unlike the bartender… Well, OK, she wasn’t entirely remorseful, but she never claimed to be a saint.
“Are we here already?” Her voice was too chipper as she searched her bag, pretending she hadn’t been caught visually violating him.
“Yes.” The word contained an aggressive undertone. She wasn’t sure if he was hostile over having to drive her home or because of the eye molesting.

I live in regional New South Wales, Australia with my two highly energetic sons and a husband I don't deserve (in a good way).

I've been an avid romance reader for years, falling in love with fictional hero's left, right and center. It wasn't until early 2011 that I decided to add to my pastime of reading and reviewing and take my own writing seriously.

I joined the Australian Romance Writers Association.

The hunky men and sassy women who dominate my daydreams are now being put to paper, eagerly awaiting their moment in the limelight.

Hopefully one day in the near future I will have something hot and sweet published and available to share with the world.

Eden's giving away a $15 Amazon gift card and 5 swag packs during the tour. So check out the spotlight and excerpt and leave a nice comment for a chance to win them!

    1. For some reason there wasn't a like button on the books page so I "liked" the authors page. Sigh. I tell ya, I have this magnetic field around me where everything goes wrong when I come close, LOL!

    2. Don't they? I think that was one of the better teasers I've read. It so has me wanting to dump my other books and start it.

Ahhhh list anxiety Leah I feel ya. My tbr list supersized after starting the blog. LOL I swear for every one I read at least 6 get added to the list.

Oh on the "likes" don't worry about that. They're down for lots of people b/c Amazon is messing around with things. I'm not hosting this giveaway so can't go in and edit that entry though :(

    3. Hey Leah, thank you so much for the compliment. Dean and Beth are a very sarcastic and fun couple. She loves to put his oversized ego back in its box ;)

And thank you also for liking my Amazon page. Amazon have been messing around with us lately, taking away tags, now likes. I have no idea what is going on with them.

  10. The tentage is definitely great! Although I don't think I have met any guys that would get upset over some mental/visual molestation (although they would probably prefer the real life kind, lol)

    1. Lol. I hope you give Concealed Desire a read to find out why a playboy who loves to bed women would be upset over a little visual molesting. *wink*
