TBR Pile Knockout (4)

TBR Pile Knockout is hosted by Ana of Beach Bum Reads and Anna of Herding Cats & Burning Soup. This meme was created to tackle our HUGE and STILL GROWING TBR piles.&nbsp

We'll be posting the 1st and 3rd Monday each month. Our goal is to make a rather nice dent in our TBR piles. So, aside from our other lovely reads, we will be making sure ONE book out of our TBR pile will be read :)

Want to join in? Check out the rules:

1. Go to your TBR pile and randomly pick one book off your list!
  • We'll be using random.org to pick our reads.
  • Type in the number of books in your TBR pile where it says "MAX"
  • Then click generate and it will give you your randomly selected book!
  • NOTE: If the book chosen via random.org is part of a series, you can go ahead and read the first book in said series.
2. Come back here every other week (or however often you'd like to join in) and link up your "TBR Pile Knockout" post in the linky below! [posts can include anything, cover, if you're excited about the pick, a review, etc]

Don't have a blog? You can still join in! Just link in your Goodreads reviews or add link the Amazon/B&N page for the book and leave your thoughts in a comment on this page :)

Soooo, I kinda suck at my own meme. Oy people. I just cannot get myself to read Angel Be Good. Why? No damn idea. My Familiar Stranger got a review instead. It's been on my TBR pile for a while, was a freebie and I needed to give it a read before starting the next book for a tour. So I've gotten a book read for each tbr pile kockout just...not the right one ;)

I'm gonna try one more darn time. Someone start harping on me. "Anna! Read that damn book!" if you haven't seen a mention of it and we're getting close to the next Knockout.

Alright so what have yall read off your tbr piles?
What's your next pick?

Link up those posts or books so we can check them out too!

  6. Tell yourself you can't have any chocolate until you read it. That would be enough incentive for me, HA!

I don't have one to add this week as I've only read books that I've recently purchased or was gifted by Net Galley ( Beloved Enemy: The Passions of Eleanor of Aquitaine: A Novel ). I'm on the last of Sue-Ellen Welfonder's Highland Warriors series now.

    1. Uhhhh. But. But. I might never get chocolate again!!! LOL I've got no will power when it comes to chocolate either so that one would go right out the window ;)

Ooooo are you enjoying the Sue-Ellen one? I loved it. Now I just need to find time to read book 1 and 2!
