"With so many great books out and about, are your bookcases super organized or are your books scattered all over the place? We'll show you ours, now show us yours"
I'm pretty organized with my books. Okay, no. I'm WAY organized with my books. I'm not even gonna lie I'm totally OCD when it comes to them. They're all over the place but there's a method to the madness even if no one else can tell :) These are my two favorite spots.
This is the living room bookcase and pup toy storage. It's my somewhat embarrassing TBR pile. These are all alphabetical. Not by specific author but more like all 'C' authors are together, etc.
Then the guest room. Not the best pic of it since it's at night but this is where all of my read books end up. They're grouped by author but not alphabetical. Favorite authors get a better "spot" and are usually grouped with similar authors because they just look nice together :)

Aw thanks :) It too me a LONG time to finally get them organized. Like years. I saw these bookcases at IKEA and just knew they'd be perfect :)

I have book cases in every room LOL! so sorta orgaized unless you count my kindle then they are all over the place lol
ReplyDeleteHa. Yep. I like them all over the place too. I've managed to sneak in a bookcase in every room but the bathrooms :) My Nook is hopeless though.

ReplyDeleteOh you definitely should! I love them. Got them about a year ago and am so good I splurged a little. I was surprised how nice the quality was for the price. And you can mix and match from a bunch of different set ups to fit your space/etc. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat!
