[memes] Touch-able Reads & Proudest Blogger Moments + my reading week

Note: I accidentally deleted 6 months of the blog so this is a repost. All comments on the original posts were unfortunately lost. Sorry!

I wanted to meme. And only had one weekly post to do it. So there's a whole lotta memeage happening in this post. You might have to scroll down a bit to get the one you're looking for. 😸

Not a bad week but a busy one.

  • My 89 year old grandmom had heart surgery. She's doing great and being released from the hospital today but a couple nerve wracking days
  • I volunteered at the food pantry and taught a surprise coupon class there
  • Cleo had a couple hard days-- turned out she was spitting up and hiding her meds and that's why. They're back on board and she's evening out.
  • I'm working on the house again and packing up boxes so I can hardcore clean, paint, etc. Long process. Never ending process. lol

I started a coupon group on FB for anyone interested in checking out some good deals and tips and such.

Other than that not much. I'm working my way back to blogging full time. A couple more posts this week and made it through half my blogs I follow. Yay!

Um. I might have had a Denise Grover Swank binge. Just maybe. lol
I picked up the Rose Gardner series on KU. She's a gardener that has random visions and has picked up a crew-- an ex con on trial for a murder he didn't commit, a crazy best friend, a televangelist, an ex who's a deputy sheriff, a beau who's the ADA, a crime boss and a scraggly little pup that are pulled along with trying to solve the mysteries the visions kick up. It's a good time.

I'm not too excited about any of these but the first two were random freebies and the rest were Amazon Prime freebies so I figured why not.

Original topic was 'Books with Sensory Reading Memories (where I was, what time of year it was, who I was with, what I was eating, etc.)' but I have absolutely none of those. lol

Question: What's your proudest blogging milestone or achievement?
A: Making it to 6 1/2 years so far and blogging the vast of those days, probably. I think the least number of days per month I've posted was 13 and that was just recently (June) when the girls were so sick and I opted to move finished posts to July/August to have one less thing to keep up with.
Or getting quoted by some of the big publishers-- penguin, grand central. I think one other but can't put my finger on it right now. That was pretty neat.
