[memes] Food & Books? + my week

Did some gardening. It's eh. I'm pulling most of my summer plants that are struggling which makes me sad. And putting in some fall/winter ones. I'm trying to grow from seeds and yall that's hard for me apparently! lol I am not a good seedling mom at all.
I had the food pantry which was bu
sy. Nothing too remarkable.

And spent some time at the lake which was nice. It's got such a pretty view and it's not horribly hot this week so was nice once the sunset.

Other than that mom is doing pretty good. Her caretaker went home and just pops over to help once a day or so. Lotus is still having a hard time but being sweet and snuggling mom which is good. I read some and couponed and am trying to earn some extra money this week. I've decided to pay off my mortgage early but that means I need some more money coming in and man it's hard to find something that's not going to totally disrupt life. So if you have ideas...let a girl know. lol I ideally would like to make 25-50 extra a day. Hopefully. lol

A Very Country Christmas -- a cute first christmas for a couple. I enjoyed it and want to read the series now.

Second Chance Cowboy-- She left him 8 years earlier in a text. Now is making amends. It was an okay read.

Wrapped Up In You-- another just okay. I've been disappointed in Shalvis lately. WAY too much man bashing in this one.

NOTHING!
lol I don't know what I'm reading next. Just finished the Shalvis last night.

I picked up a few free at the time ebooks

I have a shit ton of things to do so a list of 107 items I think it works out to be. Um.

AND FOOD

I'm still not cooking a lot. Doing salads and easy things. I did make a fried tofu and broccoli dish which was yummy.

And I've decided to try and do dinner at the lake once a week. Picked up a Jersey Mike's sub and had a lovely show.

Top Ten: Favorite Things to Eat/Drink While Reading

I don't really eat or drink while I read because I'm messy and the herd is messy and that's just a disaster in the making lol

There's usually a bottle of some kind of drink on the bed but that's just for everything so I don't think that counts really. lol

Question: How long does it usually take you to finish a book?
A: A novella takes a day. A regular sized book (300ish pages) 1.5 days usually though sometimes stretched to 2 days.
