Cocktail waitress Sophie Dalton doesn't exactly have a life plan. She's perfectly happy being everyone's favorite party girl. But when a Las Vegas bachelorette party goes awry and an uptight businessman mistakes Sophie for a prostitute . . . well, Sophie wonders if it's time to reevaluate her priorities. Swearing off her thigh-high boots for good, Sophie slinks back home with damaged pride-and a jackpot of a hangover.
Yet what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there. On a trip to Seattle to open a new office, Grayson Wyatt meets his latest employee-who turns out to be the same woman he recently called a hooker. Wealthy and gorgeous, Gray is a man used to getting what he wants. And it doesn't take long to figure out that smart, sassy, sexy Sophie is everything he's been looking for. As their late nights at the office turn into hot morning-afters, they realize their Vegas misunderstanding may lead to the real thing . . .

Oh man, Pop-up video! That just took me back! Okay, let’s see …
(1) The original title for Only With You was The Lady is a Tramp
(2) In early versions, I had a fully-developed secondary romance. I later decided to give Will/Brynn their own book and had to cut an EXCELLENT sex scene from this one.
(3) I wrote 90% of Only With You while sitting in a frigid airplane hangar. Don’t ask.LOL well that's different! And I am totally freaking curious! I'm also a total quote-whore. ::snort:: What was your favorite quote that just made you swoon or had you gigglesnorting or gasping and sighing in girly bliss?
Can I put one from my own book? Is that allowed? :) THIS ONE:
“Christ, Sophie,” he said with a laugh. “I think you might be my…”Of course! And omg I loved that scene. I marked that quote too! lol So, what's the best thing about Gray/Sophie?
He broke off, and then shook his head as if to clear his brain.
“I might be your what,” she goaded. “Nemesis? Thorn in your side? Your demon?”
His lips quirked slightly and he laid his mouth against her ear in the pretense of pushing past her. “I think you might be mine,” he whispered.
They are the ultimate opposites-attract. They really have nothing in common, and it was so fun to figure out how they were going to make this work. There were times even I didn’t think they could!I really didn't know if they would either! Was pretty fun watching them duke it out. Do you have a favorite Man Candy?
Okay, it’s funny you mention this … I know you’re probably asking about MY kitchen disaster, and I don’t really have a good one … But there’s totally a kitchen-disaster scene in ONLY WITH YOU! See, Gra is an excellent cook … Sophie? Not so much. Their first “date” ends up with her nearly cutting off her fingers and heading to the ER, where her entire family shows up …Ahhh that was a crazy scene. Totally made me hurt. lol Sympathy pains for sure. Have totally been there. Thanks so much for dropping in Lauren! Before you head out...what's up next for you?
Thanks so much for having me! And next for me … eek, it’s a busy latter half of the year! I have a book due today, as I write this, and then 3 more due by the end of the year. Also, I have 2 more releases! BROKEN, is my Beauty and the Beast New Adult retelling (Sept 2), and MADE FOR YOU is the sequel to ONLY WITH YOU; it’s out Oct 28th!Oh I can't wait for the sequel! These two were such a hoot. Happy writing Lauren!
