Top 20 (ish) Reads of 2016!!

As part of Authors for the Holidays I'm doing some random posts just from mwah! And one of those is...my favorite reads from 2016. There were so pretty dang good reads. I'm sharing...20ish of them.

Would love to hear if you've read any of them! ~anna

I had two 5 star reads this year.
Both were amazing and have stuck with me something fierce.

Off the Clock by Roni Loren (Amazon | Review)
Sex therapists. And some kinky scenes. Crazy hot and unique. Prepare to squirm!

Fly With Me by Chanel Cleeton (Amazon | Review)
Blew me away! Rarely see air force in romance. Hot, cocky, totally sex. And had me sobbing at one point.

There were a couple 4.5 star reads, too! These were damn good reads.

Completing the Pass by Jeanette Murray (Amazon | Review)
Childhood frenemies! Sassy, snarky, squirm-worthy.

Rocky Mountain Wedding by Sara Richardson (Amazon | Review)
Emotionally charged novella that had my gut churning.

My Liege of Dark Haven by Cherise Sinclair (Amazon | Review)
BDSM goodness. sensual romance, humor, electric explorations and scorching heat. It'll leave you panting for more.

And some honorable mentions that just rocked!

Sinner's Creed by Kim Jones (Amazon | Review)
Whoa! I was not expecting this one. It's a bit rough and the HEA is non-traditional but it was perfect.

Etiquette & Espionage by Gail Carriger (Amazon | Review)
Steampunk! A finishing school for...spies! Amazing audiobook.

Fight to the Finish by Jeanette Murray (Amazon | Review)
Sweaty Marine Boxers. #dies Plus he was smitten with her kid.

Everything I Left Unsaid by M O'Keefe (Amazon | Review)
Hot damn! This was sexy and mysterious. The phone sex was insane.

The Debutante is Mine by Vivienne Lorret (Amazon | Review)
I just loved the writing for this series. It captured me completely.

The Viscount Needs a Wife by Jo Beverley (Amazon | Review)
A marriage of convenience with a side of intrigue.

Irresistible Force by DD Ayres (Amazon | Review)
My first from Ayres and her narrator. Loved the suspense and the dog <3

Claimed by Elle Kennedy (Amazon | Review)
Whoa! Gritty, dirty, filthy sex. Post apocalypse.

Hanging by a Thread by Jenna Sutton (Amazon | Review)
This series just makes me smile. Plus I'm quoted in it. Woohoo!

If the Earl Only Knew by Amanda Forester (Amazon | Review)
LOVED the heroine. Very unique. I coudn't put this one down.

The Trouble with Mistletoe by Jill Shalvis (Amazon | Review)
Hero with a cat. In a pink jeweled carrier. Nuff said.

My Brown-Eyed Earl by Anna Bennett (Amazon | Review)
A reluctant hero and all his "girls"--the governess and two twins he's now raising.

The Claiming by Tara Sue Me (Amazon | Review)
An English house party set in present day and kinkified. Gah!
Wanderlust by Roni Loren (Amazon | Review)
Rockstar and a food reporter. It was so fun! Great novella.

Maverick by Lisa Bingham (Amazon | Review)
Seriously this entire series just is fantastic. Contemp with a historical vibe.

Duke of Pleasure by Elizabeth Hoyt (Amazon | Review)
Dark and sexy. The heroine is a vigilante. The hero a duke.
Size Matters by Alison Bliss (Amazon | Review)
A plus sized heroine and a hero who loves her curves. The humor in this one killed me.
A Study in Scarlet Women by Sherry Thomas (Amazon | Review)
This was such a fun take on Sherlock...she's a woman. A ruined woman a that!
And there ya have it. The best of the best for 2016.
Have you read any of these?
