OOo yall. I'll have news next week out the ears! I can't wait. If you're on my social media you'll know but yall get to wait a little longer on here. lol

This week. It was busy but nothing bad. USO and Food Pantry went well. I cooked and cleaned and planted things. The herd is holding stable.

My mom did get a new pup! So that's exciting. He showed up during a storm and was in pretty poor shape. So she's getting him healthy. He's quirky though. Will only eat hamburgers, buttermilk biscuits, tasty cake donuts and Lance sandwich crackers. That...is it. Isn't he adorable?! His name is Jim the Boy.

This week was more audiobooks. I'm binge listening it seems. I just don't feel like reading reading.

The Melinda Leigh books-- Were really good. Nice murder mysteries that kick off with the heroine's babysitter being killed and her teaming up with a private eye, loved the hero/heroine. Pretty good narrator.

Catching Irish- Was a fun novella though I didn't love how the ending for it or the series was done. Darn.

Ha! Yes, more Leigh. I'm about halfway through listening to Hour of Need. It's a second series from Leigh and so far so good. More murder mystery type thing. The hero's brother was killed and he's come home from deployment to be with his niece/nephew. The heroine lives next door and is somehow connected to the murders. Oo!

Top Nine: Books With Teachers/Instructors!

A handful of books I enjoyed with either a heroine or hero in the role of teacher or instructor of some sort. They go from pretty dang pg to full out kink.
