Tasty Delights-- Halloween Mummies

Note: I accidentally deleted 6 months of the blog so this is a repost. All comments on the original posts were unfortunately lost. Sorry!

Sometimes you need a little silly in your life. I saw this one floating around last year on Facebook and since I had hot dogs and crescent rolls from couponing (yay free things!) I decided to give them a go.

Totally cute and pretty tasty for a little holiday whimsy.

I think these would be great for kids to get them hands on and having fun in the kitchen. Super easy, yall.

Pick your dog of choice.

Slice crescent dough then roll into thin snakes.
It's about one crescent roll per dog.

Bake according to your crescent directions. Mine needed about 12 minutes to cook the underside completely.

Give them some mustard eyes.

And have a nom!

So these were fun. I wouldn't do them ALL the time but I enjoyed a silly lunch. I might add some cheese next time somehow to them before they're wrapped.

Tasty Delights and Dazzling Disasters is all about playing in the kitchen and having some fun.

I'll share my delights and my disasters. Want to share yours? Toss a post up on your blog and link back to here! And share in the comments! Don't have a blog? Add your adventures in the comments!
