Hi Samanthe! Welcome to herding cats & burning soup!
Hi Anna! Thanks for having me. I should fit right in as I do frequently herd cats and burn soup.
LOL, nice. Alright, so, if you had 20 seconds to hook someone on Wicked Games what would you tell them?
Revenge is a dish best served undercover. When star-on-the-rise Stacy Roberts discovers her sexy ex at her Hollywood Halloween bash, she decides to show the cocky homicide detective Ian Ford exactly what he's been missing. But she's not the only one plotting revenge...

Oh dang, that sounds pretty good! Could you tell us 2 fun behind the scenes facts about Stacy, Ian and their story? Think Pop-Up Video.
  • Though Stacy plays a showgirl on TV, she actually got her start in Hollywood stripping at a club called Deuces.
  • Ian and Stacy first met when he arrested her for murder!
Oh damn. Now that's a first meet! What makes Ian a swoon-worthy hero? Was there a 'my god! he's tasty' moment that just hit you?
I first introduced Ian and Stacy as secondary characters in LOVER UNDERCOVER, and I knew tough, stubborn Stacy would be too much trouble for most guys. But Ian had her number right from the start. When she tried to seduce him into giving her what she wanted, he shut her down cold:
“Stacy, I’m onto you. Whether you know it or not, you’re trying to pin me into a catch-22. You won’t trust a man unless you can lead him around by his dick. But as soon as you can, you lose respect and interest. Me, I plan on holding your interest.”
Best ever Halloween costume?
I’m not sure, but I do know you can NOT make a 4-yr-old be a pumpkin if he really wants to be Spiderman. ::snort:: Yeah I'd imagine that wouldn't fly. lol
Are you a trick or a treat kinda girl?
Treats! Treats! I need all the treats!!!
Favorite Man Candy?
I’m always partial to my latest leading man, so I have to say Ian. There’s this scene at the start of WICKED GAMES where he’s in the shower, thinking about Stacy, and he’s frustrated and horny and just all kinds of aggrieved over the woman…and then I found this picture and thought, OMG, that’s Ian!
Lawn Gnomes, Pink Flamingos or Zombie Squirrels?

Weirdest thing you've ever Google searched in the name of research?
“Dirty bird.” (It didn’t mean what I thought it meant)!
LOL I'm a little scared to check that one out. ::snort:: Thanks so much for dropping by Samanthe! Hope you have a great Halloween :)

Beach bum, book junkie, and award winning author of sexy contemporary romances, Samanthe recently signed with Entangled Publishing to write three novels for their Brazen line!

Sam was transfixed from an early age with any tale featuring a handsome prince, a great dress, and, of course, the all-important kiss, and eventually aspired to write her own happily-ever-afters. Naturally, she became a lawyer. The legal world heaved a sigh of relief a few years ago when Samanthe retired from law to take the plunge as a writer.

When not living the glamorous life of a romance author (i.e., chained to her computer), Samanthe keeps busy with the care and feeding of her extremely patient prince-charming of a husband, a not-so-patient ball of energy known as their son, a furry ninja named Kitty, and Bebe, the trash talkin’ Chihuahua. Their love, support, and willingness to eat Pizza Hut three or more times a week enables Samanthe to pursue her literary dreams.
