Yall. It's cold! It's been a long week here. Mainly because I'm a Southern Girl and it's been WAY too cold for the likes of me. And my house. My poor house is all...I can't even! Yeah, my hot water pipes froze. And I went almost 72 hours without hot water. Hell, yall. I was in hell. And fixin to rent a hotel room just for a hot shower. lol That first shower after it thawed...ohmygawd, yall. lol And we got actual snow! Usually we just get ice but we got about an inch of fluffy snow. It was lovely. Anywho. Lots of reading. And house stuff and such...

Read This Week

Falling Head Over Boots-- LOVE!! This was my first 2018 read-- The heroines are searching for a decades lost manuscript from their favorite author who died in the 60s.

Bad Business-- Very hot! I had a great time with this football romance

Accidentally Hers-- I did NOT like this one. The heroine and her family were slimy.

Forbidden Fling-- Sexy! I enjoyed this one.

A Duke in the Night-- The heroine was a trial but I enjoyed it.

Currently Reading

Death Below Stairs-- It's good! Historical mystery. The heroine is the cook for a titled family.

This Week's Planner

A double spread to kick off the New Year. I'm adjusting to a smaller planner so things didn't go quite as I'd planned but I don't hate it!

Top Ten Books I Meant to Read in 2017

I only have 5! Ee! These were the review books I didn't get to by end of year.

Three I started but did a temp DNF because I was having issues or bored-- Beauty of the Beast, Master Professor and Satisfaction. Two I just wasn't in the right mood for before they released-- Midnight Target and The Hunt. Not bad for a full year, though.
