Tasty Delights and Dazzling Disasters is all about playing in the kitchen and having some fun.

I'll share my delights or my disasters. Yall feel free to join in and create your own posts, share your favorite recipes, what have you.

So, I saw this recipe on a friend's FB wall and I had to try it.
Super easy cake cookies. Yum!

You can do these any flavor you want for these. Just pick out your favorite box cake mix.
I was feeling pineapply so made a pineapple upside down cake variety.

Combine cake mix, one egg and cool whip. Mix until combined.
This step might make your arm burn. Holy.

Take spoonfuls of your batter and roll it in powdered sugar until all sides are lightly coated.

And bake!

These were actually really good. And addictive.
I'll definitely be making these again and trying another flavor.
They were so easy and really were nice and caky.
I'm totally calling this one a win!

What's your favorite cookie?
