[memes] Books I Loved But Will NEVER Re-read + new bookish things!

I wanted to meme. And only had one weekly post to do it. So there's a whole lotta memeage happening in this post. You might have to scroll down a bit to get the one you're looking for. 😸

It was another long-ish week. I stayed home pretty much the entire time since I have sick kitties. Both are doing better but yall know how it is. You hover. Can't really help it. lol

But I got a lot of blogging done because of it. I finished the Blog Ahead challenge a few days early and have gotten to 54 scheduled posts. All of April is finished and a good portion of May plus a few sprinkled until December. So I'm feeling pretty dang good on that front :)

I did a good bit of reading. All were pretty dang good. I enjoyed the Regnery, the Ashley ones were fun novellas and the Yates a good time though it ended earlier than expected.

So far its okay. I'm only a couple chapters in. I do love that the setting is at an RV Park. Kinda different!

I took 3 on for review. It's more than I'd typically take lately but they aren't due until end of May to August so I'm okay with that. So far I've read Untamed Cowboy and am working on Cooper's Charm.

I picked up some freebies plus my April Prime pick (When Never Comes)

With everything going on with the herd I just needed simple and easy.

Top Ten: Books I Loved But Will Never Re-Read

Oh that's a little hard, or, well sad maybe. Most books I love I'd be up for re-reading again one day so even if I don't have plans for them I wouldn't say never.

So my list, sadly, is books I loved but by authors I no longer support for one reason or another so won't be reading again. Sucks. But there it is.

Question: Do you overextend yourself with too many reviews because you can't pass up a book in hopes you will get them all done or do you carefully plan and be sure you can fulfill the deadlines for all the promised reviews?
A: I'm careful these days. I don't accept a NG or Edelweiss book unless I'm going to start reading it that day (with a couple exceptions). So that keeps me safe on that front. As far as print ARCs those come randomly and I fit them in as I want to but I don't stress over them since they're just for 'consideration' most of the time. I'm a much happier blogger these days because of it.
