Tasty Delights-- S'mores Dip

Damn you Buzzfeed and your Tasty videos! You got me again. *hangs head* And it was DELICIOUS! S'mores Dip. Good Lord. So easy too!

And so begins some holiday-ish foodie posts. Next two months I'm bringing noms that are perfect for holiday gatherings or just hit the celebration spot :)

Alright. 3 or 4 ingredients.
The video this was with used the large marshmallows and had them standing up on the chocolate chips. I opted for the mini marshmallows since I thought they would be more dipable. Dippable? Dip-able? Gah. Whatever. They'd work better when dipping. lol But either would work. Then pick out your chips :)

I ended up having to add a second type of chip because my chocolate chips didn't cover the skillet and I didn't want to go to the store so I ended up with milk chocolate and peanut butter chips.

Cover your skillet. You can use any type as long as it can go in the oven at 450 degrees.

Then cover entirely with marshmallows.

Bake at 450 for 8 or so minutes.

Remove from oven and serve with graham crackers!

I don't know about other skillet types but with cast iron they stayed nice and melty for a LONG time.
Since I didn't eat it all in one sitting I covered then when I was ready for more heated up the oven and let them warm for a couple minutes then dipped away!

So so simple and kinda fun. Would be great for a party where you want a very quick dessert that's a little different :)
