4.5 stars-- Rocky Mountain Wedding by Sara Richardson

Whew, goodness! The amount of emotion Richardson packed into Rocky Mountain Wedding left me absolutely floored. So. Ruby and Sawyer are four days away from the "big day". In just four days they'll be married and soon after finalizing the adoption of their foster daughter. But life is about to put them through the ringer and test the bonds of their relationship--a wedding dress that just won't fit, surprise new additions, meeting the in-laws and maybe throwing up on em, fears and worries and a good dose of panic too. It's a whirlwind of a few days for sure.

Holy cow! Yeah. Richardson totally had my gut churning as I read this one and by the end had me in tears over the utter sweetness. I loved both Ruby and Sawyer. I remember them from one of the earlier books when they were just sniffing around each other and oh I loved seeing them get their HEA even if it took a little hit before it happened. They're both so strong and passionate and I loved seeing them with their foster daughter who was going through a little insecurity about her place in their lives. Total heart melter, yall. There were some serious hold your breath omg this can't be happening moments that just made my chest squeeze and really brought some heavy emotional turmoil. It was powerful. On the other side, though...a little heat. a lot of love and it was just a lovely way to end the series and set these two and their daughter off on their happily ever after. Richardson truly delighted.

**This is the follow up for the couple in book three but works totally fine as a stand alone.
If anyone had told Ruby James she'd be marrying the man of her dreams after starting over at the Walker Mountain Ranch, she'd have keeled over laughing, if not crying. Yet here she is: ready to walk down the aisle with her soul mate, Sawyer Hawkins-and make the adoption of their sweet foster daughter, Brooklyn, official. But just days before the event that will make their family complete, a miraculous little wrinkle appears in her plans . . .

Ruby's already the most beautiful woman in the world to Sawyer, but she seems to be glowing even more than usual . . . and now he knows why. Sawyer couldn't have wished for more. Soon enough he'll have a new wife, a new daughter, and a new bundle of joy. But not everyone sees a happy future for him and Ruby. With a blizzard rolling in, Sawyer must help his family-to-be weather a different kind of storm-and clear the skies for an unforgettable Rocky Mountain wedding.
