Must Reads (or rather Eats!)-- The Tasty Delights NOT to be missed!

A bit back I was asked about doing some favorites lists. 

Books or authors I think should be on everyone's tbr pile.

And so... Herding Cats & Burning Soup Must Reads! 

This month though...I'm going Must Eats!

I do a lot of cooking here and over the past 3 years some have definitely made my favorites list.

So here's the cooking posts I think everyone should check out AND make!

Egg McMuffin--so easy! And great for grabbing on the go

Eggs in a Nest--very easy and just fun (the egg is fully cooked not runny)

 

Bloomin' Onion Bread--Really? Bread, Cheese, Onion. How can you resist?

Cheddar, Cauliflower & Leek Soup--This was just hearty and delicious!

 

Glazed Bittersweet Onions--just a little sweet and SO good. We make these at every gathering

Tricked Out Green Bean Casserole--another holiday side dish of ours. Just a different take on green bean casserole

 

New Potatoes w/ Cheese & Tomato Sauce--The sauce on these...killer. Gah it was good.

Crock Pot Mac & Cheese--It's delicious. Can also be baked if you'd rather not Crock Pot it

 

Eggplant Parmesan--My favorite ever meal. Even people who hate eggplant have raved about this one

Lasagna Cupcakes--aren't they cute? Bite sized lasagna cups

 

Baked Ziti Cheesecake--Just a fun different way to make baked ziti

Eggplant Croquettes--more eggplant. This is perfect for vegetarians during BBQ season

 

Nutella Hot Chocolate--the only way hot chocolate should ever be made ;)

Homemade Butter--best butter. So easy and heavenly on fresh baked bread

 

Fancy Jello Shots--Fun twist on jello shots plus no plastic waste!

Peanut Butter Sugar Cookie Cups--Could eat them ALL!

 

Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes--loved the individual sizes. Very easy

Pretzel Bark--it's crack in chocolately pretzel form

 

Brookies--Brownie...cookie...best of both worlds

Saltine Cracker Toffee--More chocolately salty crack

Candy Stuffed Brownies--So good! You can stuff these with any candy. 

 

Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies w/ Peanut Butter Frosting--Seriously. So much happy in my mouth. Amazing.

Slutty Brownies--Yeah they're slut-tastic. Chocolate chip cookie-Oreo cookie-Brownie

So there ya have it! My Must Eats!

I'll add to the list as time goes by but for now...these are my favorite of the favorite Tasty Delights.
