Christmas 2015 I bought my first fake tree. I don't know why I decided to get one but I did.
And off to AC Moore I went. And Ooo there was this gorgeous tree!
The tips were brushed with "snow" and it was lush and on sale.
Woohoo! Yes! I love a good sale!
So it came home with me.
And that's when I realized...
That fucker was HUGE! And heavy!

And omg now what?
Yeah, instead of taking up a 'normal' amount of room the dang thing filled an entire double entry.
Okay. Totally cool.
But then Christmas passed and I was like what the heck do I do with this thing now?!
Again...this fucker is HUGE!
Yall. That's a four foot across doorway to it's left. *shakin' my head*
So, I decided...to leave the dang thing up year round. There was just no taking this monster back apart or getting it back in the box and then where would I put it? My house was built in the early 80s and apparently they didn't believe in storage. At all.
And that's how I ended up with a year round "Christmas" tree. It just became a thing. I've accepted it at this point.
